Shipping and Returns
We ship all orders with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders are shipped from Horgen at the beautiful Lake Zurich using SWISS POST.

* The European law states that when an order is being returned, it is mandatory for the company to refund the product price and shipping costs charged for the original shipment. Meaning: one shipping fee is paid by us.
Please note: Although not in the EU, Switzerland (along with Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) are members of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), and the arrangements are the same as for inter-EU import and export.
Standard Shipping: If you placed an order using “standard shipping” and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price and initial shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs will be paid by you.
Free Shipping: If you placed an order using “free shipping” and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price, but since we paid for the initial shipping, you will pay for the return.
Returns and Exchanges
You have to pay for return shipping if the package is returned because it has not been picked up at the post office or gave us the incorrect shipping address.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another size, color or style, please place a new order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
The Purenami- Opals and Dreams Team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email hello@purenami.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
Items on sale are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.
1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at hello@purenami.com tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the quick process.
2. Make sure the items you want to return are unworn and in the original packaging for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
3. Returns have to be paid by you, so choose drop off your package at your preferred return location.
4. Once we’ve received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, you will be refunded.

Think about the impact on the environment
Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
Customs
For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
