We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. We can ship everywhere except for the following countries:

Please allow a processing time of 1 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. We are shipping out on every business day and provide you with a tracking number. However purenami.com does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not mean that you will receive your goods the next day. 

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

The Purenami-Opals and Dreams team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email hello@purenami.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours it’s not possible any more to cancel your order, as it may already been shipped out. Custom pieces/personalized pieces (i.e. with a letter charm) cannot be cancelled after 6 hours.

Yes! We’d love to discuss custom jewelry. Please contact us at hello@purenami.com to schedule a consolation (per Mail or on phone) to discuss. We love doing bridal jewelry and would happy to discuss that as well. 

Our jewelry only requires periodic cleaning and will not tarnish or corrode. Avoid exposing your Purenami Angels to bleach, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly damage. Also do not swim, bath or shower with your Purenami Angels as some crystals are not supposed to come in contact with water.

Even though your jewelry is cleansed before you receive it, it is still very important that you take the time to cleanse your jewelry before you wear it. There are many ways you can cleanse your jewelry! Here are our top 4 ways that we recommend:

• Hold your jewelry in the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Palo Santo stick to cleanse and seal your good energy in it.
• Place your jewelry on the soil or branches of a healthy houseplant for 24 hours.
• Place your jewelry outside under the sun or full moon for at least 4 hours.
• Lay your jewelry on a piece of Selenite or Quartz Crystal for at least 6 hours.

Intentions help us invite a specific energy and goal into our life. Sometimes daily intentions are designed to contribute to a larger, longer-term goal, such as an intention of meditating daily to have better health. Other times intentions are mindsets purely for that specific day or moment, like expressing gratitude for a person or situation. Setting intentions allows you to connect with the energy of your Purenami Angels to help bring your goals or mental shifts to life.
